                                         SHIPPING POLICY

Please allow 1 to 2 days for processing of orders.

All orders are shipped via USPS(United States Postal Service) and will require a signature upon arrival. If you need your item sooner, please email to make arrangements for expedited shipping. Request must be made by 2pm that day. Orders are shipping Monday-Friday.

The KA-SH Boutique LLC. is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If you order says delivered via USPS website but you did not receive, please contact your local post office so they can investigate & resolve the issue. 

 

                                           RETURN POLICY

 

          Once your order is placed, there will be no refunds. 

We hope you love what you ordered. But in case you don't—Exchanges are optional on UNWORN items. If we detect an item was worn we have the right to refuse the package. There should be no odor, no makeup stains, no oil/grease stains, nor any alterations done to your garment. You have up to 7 business days from your delivery date to ship your package back to KA-SH Boutique LLC. We aren't responsible for covering shipping cost.

We accept several methods of payments. If you purchase items in the United States, we accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa. Alternate methods of payment include Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and Sezzle.
